Panther Kids staff will provide childcare in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for Pre-kindergarten-5^th grade students at an elementary campus or 6^th-8^th grade students at a middle school campus in Midway ISD.

 

Childcare duties include setting up materials and cleaning up, tutoring, providing snacks, active monitoring during activities and play, conflict resolution between students, management of student behavior, and generally caring for children with a respectful, calm and compassionate demeanor. 

 

As an employee, be professional, coachable/ teachable, and able to take direction and act on it quickly and positively.
